Abhikalpan Construction Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations and support financial and statutory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts and financial records.
- Record and verify purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and other accounting documents.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.
- Handle GST accounting, reconciliation, and return-related activities.
- Assist in TDS compliance, deductions, payments, and return preparation.
- Perform bank reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, banks, and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and accounting statements as required by management.




- Ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting and compliance activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting documentation.
- Solid numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience Experience in the construction/real estate industry, particularly in handling vendor accounts, contractor bills, purchase transactions, and project-related expenses, will be an advantage.
