Accountant

BKM Industries Limited is hiring an experienced Accountant for its Accounts & Finance team in Mumbai .

This is a hands-on accounting role suited for candidates with practical experience in manufacturing, factory, plant or production accounting .

Designation: Accountant / Senior Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Experience: 3–10 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred

Industry: Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full time

Work Mode: On-Site

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday: Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities in Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 .
- Record and manage purchase and sales entries, invoices, payments, receipts, journals and ledgers .
- Handle GST and TDS accounting , reconciliations and related documentation.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) .
- Perform bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations .
- Maintain inventory and stock accounting records.
- Coordinate with factory/production teams for raw material consumption, production, WIP and finished goods data.
- Prepare and maintain Cost of Production (COP)



/ costing sheets .
- Assist in product costing and manufacturing cost analysis .
- Compare actual costs with standard costs and identify cost variations.
- Prepare MIS reports, expense statements and P&L-related; reports .
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing .
- Support statutory audits, internal audits and compliance requirements .
- Maintain fixed asset records and proper accounting documentation.

Candidates should have practical accounting experience and be comfortable working with manufacturing and inventory-related transactions .
