Account Manager — Social Media & Client Management The Green Hype (TGH), Jaipur

At The Green Hype in Jaipur, we make awesome social media videos and help brands grow online. We work across EdTech/Study Abroad, QSR/F&B;, and Sports — and we're a filmmaker-first agency, so the work you'll be managing isn't cookie-cutter social content, it's ad films and campaigns built with real creative craft. We are growing fast and need an Account Manager to be the main link between our clients and our creative team.

What You'll Do

- Take care of our clients: Be their main point of contact. Make sure they are happy, heard, and know what's going on.
- Guide the team: Take what the client wants and explain it clearly to our designers and video editors.
- Keep things on track: Manage deadlines so our projects launch smoothly and on time.
- Share the results: Look at the social media numbers and show clients how our work is helping their business grow.
- Own a portfolio: You'll manage around 5 client accounts at a time, across our EdTech, QSR/F&B;, and Sports verticals — so you'll be juggling different brand voices and campaign types in the same week.

Who We're Looking For
- Experience: 1–2 years in client support or account management (bonus points if it was at a marketing agency). This is not an entry-level role — freshers won't be considered.
- Social Media Smarts: You know how Instagram, LinkedIn,



and other platforms work and what makes a good post.
- Client Management: You can run multiple client relationships at once without dropping a ball — tracking deliverables, deadlines, and approvals across accounts.
- Tools: Comfortable with Google Sheets-based tracking, and general project/task management tools (Notion, ClickUp, or similar). Familiarity with Meta Business Suite or basic social analytics dashboards is a plus.
- Honest Communicator: You aren't afraid to politely tell a client "no" and suggest a better idea instead of just agreeing with everything.
- Problem Solver: You can take a messy or vague idea from a client and turn it into a clear plan for our team.

Compensation & Role Details
- Salary: ₹35,000–45,000/month, based on skill and experience (₹45,000 is the maximum)
- Work mode: In office only, at our office in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur — no remote work, no work-from-home
- Holidays: 2 per month
- Probation period: 4 months
