Account Manager — Sourcing & Client Delivery

Role summary

Own the account and the project end-to-end. You are the single point of contact linking our overseas vendors, internal team, and clients — keeping every order accurate, on-time, and on-spec from quote to delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Manage client accounts: understand requirements, quote, confirm specs, and drive orders to completion.
- Run projects like a PM: build timelines, assign owners, track milestones, flag risks early, and close the loop.
- Communicate across three sides — vendors, internal team, clients — translating needs clearly between them.
- Coordinate with China-based vendors on pricing, samples, production, QC, and shipping.
- Keep records clean: quotes, POs, approvals, and status updates logged and current.
- Resolve issues (delays, quality, changes) proactively and keep everyone informed.

Must-have requirements





- Proven account management AND project management experience.
- Fluent English plus the ability to read Chinese (Mandarin).
- Proficient with WeChat for daily vendor communication.
- Strong organization, follow-through, and written communication.
- Comfortable working across time zones with overseas suppliers.

Nice to have

- Background in sourcing, manufacturing, promotional products, or custom goods.
- Familiarity with CRM/project tools (Notion, Zoho, or similar).

Success in this role

- Orders delivered on time, on spec, with protected margins.
- Vendors, team, and clients all say communication is explicit and nothing falls through the cracks.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
