nROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work closely with the Client HR team and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and cascade them to the backend delivery SPOC for smooth execution.
n
- Manage RPO coordination activities , including requirement gathering, candidate tracking, follow-ups, and recruitment delivery.
n
- Handle Non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering, and Corporate Functions .
n
- Coordinate with the backend delivery team to ensure timely execution and closure of requirements.
n
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective coordination, regular communication, and timely resolution of concerns.
n




- Participate actively in weekly review calls with the backend delivery SPOC and Account Head, and monitor progress to avoid any deviations or escalations.

- Manage escalations proactively by identifying issues and providing timely solutions to client concerns

nPRE-REQUISITES

n- 5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment/coordination- NON IT

n- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment , particularly in Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering Hiring, and Corporate Function Hiring .

n- Experience in RPO coordination and/or client-facing recruitment roles is preferred.

n- Positive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management.

n- Experience in requirement gathering and cascading requirements to the backend delivery team for timely execution.

n- Good knowledge of data management, MIS, recruitment reports, and recruitment tracking

n- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred.

n- Should be comfortable working 5 days WFO at the client location in Thane, Mumbai .
