Role & responsibilities

Mentor and lead the payables team and being responsible for all Payables related queries and correctness

Review creditor ageing and ensuring timely payments and advance follow up with buyers for timely adjustment

MSME vendors invoice tracking and timely payment as per act

Vendor reconciliation and balance confirmation

Co-ordination for GST inputs & Review GST mismatch purchase register vs GSTR2B transaction

Purchase register analysis

Ensuring correct accounting of vouchers by payable team and tracking of work done by team

Co-ordination with ERP for issues resolution and active involvement for any recent developments

All other activities related to Payables.
