We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager to manage client relationships, understand business requirements, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong client partnerships, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with clients regularly and address their queries or concerns.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, reports, and other client-related documents.
- Monitor account performance, payments, and business activities.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and current business.
- Ensure timely completion of client requirements and commitments.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records.




- Track customer feedback and work toward improving overall client experience.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Achieve assigned revenue and customer-retention objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in account management, sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,007.81 - ₹58,000.84 per month
