? We’re Hiring | Account Manager – GovTech Sales

One of our clients is looking for an experienced Account Manager to drive business growth across the Government & Public Sector and lead complex enterprise sales cycles.

? Location: Noida | Work from Office

? Experience: 7–12 Years

? Industry: GovTech / AI / SaaS / Digital Transformation

? What You’ll Do

- Own revenue targets for the Government vertical

• Drive sales across Central Ministries, State Governments, PSUs & public sector organizations

- Build relationships with senior government stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

• Handle RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, tenders and government procurement processes

- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Solution, Legal & Delivery teams on proposals

• Develop partnerships with System Integrators (SIs), technology partners & consultants

- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting and strategic accounts

? What We’re Looking For

✔ 7–12 years of enterprise sales experience with significant Government/Public Sector exposure





✔ Proven track record selling Technology, SaaS, AI, Cloud, IT Services or Digital Transformation solutions

✔ Strong understanding of Government procurement & tendering

✔ Experience closing high-value government deals

✔ Strong stakeholder management, negotiation & presentation skills

✔ Experience working with System Integrators is highly preferred
