? We’re Hiring | B2B Sales Manager – Nutritional & Food Ingredients

GJ Foods is looking for an experienced B2B Sales Manager to build and grow our business across Mumbai & Western India .

? Location: Mumbai | Remote

? Experience: 5+ years

? Compensation: ₹50,000+ per month + Incentives + Travelling Allowance

What you’ll be selling

Our portfolio includes functional, nutritional and food ingredients , including:

- Fat Powders
- Non-Dairy Creamers (NDC)
- Protein Powders
- Caseinates & Dairy Ingredients
- Acacia Gum
- Spray-Dried Food Ingredients
- Other functional ingredients

What you’ll do

- Develop B2B customers across food, nutraceutical, bakery, beverage, dairy and premix industries
- Identify target accounts and generate new business
- Understand customer applications and recommend suitable ingredients
- Coordinate samples, trials, technical discussions and product approvals
- Manage commercial negotiations and convert opportunities into orders
- Develop relationships with manufacturers, R&D; teams, purchase teams and distributors
- Build repeat business and expand existing accounts




- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and regularly report sales activity

What we’re looking for

Must have:

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients / nutritional ingredients / specialty ingredients
- Existing understanding of ingredient applications and customer segments
- Strong customer-facing and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai & surrounding markets
- Ability to independently develop recent accounts

Preferred: Experience selling fat powders, NDC, proteins, dairy ingredients, caseinates, functional ingredients or similar products.
