Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Chennai.

The Account

Manager will manage a portfolio of manufacturing and payroll clients, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing support and relationship development.

Responsibilities include understanding client business processes, coordinating solution implementation, monitoring account performance, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The role involves regular communication with clients to identify opportunities for product enhancement, upselling, and cross-selling ERP and payroll solutions.

The Account





Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams, prepare account reviews and reports, and help resolve issues promptly to maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Client relationship and account management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation management, and conflict resolution.
- Business analysis and process understanding, particularly in manufacturing operations, ERP workflows, and payroll management.
- Organizational and coordination skills to handle multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and follow through on client commitments.
- Sales and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, present solutions, and support contract renewals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, client-friendly language.
- Proficiency in using CRM or account management tools and standard office productivity software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field; experience in manufacturing, ERP, or payroll solutions is an advantage.

- Ability to work in office in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and occasionally travel to client locations as needed.
