Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to lead and manage the company’s Finance & Accounts operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Financial Planning, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Management, Bank OD & Loan Management, MIS Reporting, Financial Analysis, SOP Implementation, KRA/KPI Management and Team Handling.

Experience in handling multi-state or multi-branch financial operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall Finance & Accounts operations.
- Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and budget vs. actual analysis.
- Monitor turnover, profitability, expenses and working capital.
- Prepare and monitor daily, weekly and monthly cash flow and ensure adequate fund availability.
- Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Collections and Vendor Payments.
- Handle Bank Overdraft (OD) facilities, Bank Loans, Credit Limits, Repayment Schedules and Interest Costs.
- Coordinate with banks for OD/loan renewals, documentation, limits and other banking facilities.
- Prepare accurate MIS Reports, Management Reports, Cash Flow Reports and Financial Analysis.
- Identify budget variances, financial risks and cash flow gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement Finance & Accounts SOPs, Internal Controls and Financial Processes.
- Define and monitor KRAs and KPIs for the Accounts team.
- Lead,



supervise and review the performance of the Accounts & Finance Team.
- Coordinate financial activities across multiple branches/states and consolidate financial information.
- Provide management with accurate financial insights for planning, cost control and business decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, Senior Accountant or similar managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of Budgeting, Cash Flow, Working Capital, Bank OD, Bank Loans and Financial Planning.
- Robust experience in MIS Reporting, Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Collections and Banking Operations.
- Experience in SOP, KRA, KPI and Internal Control implementation.
- Strong Team Handling and Leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Tally / Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel.
- Multi-state / multi-branch accounts experience preferred.
