Account Manager – Commercial & Luxury Printing

Location: Fully Remote – India-based candidates only

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in the printing or packaging industry

Compensation: Up to ₹80,000/month CTC, commensurate with experience

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of premium and corporate clients in the printing and packaging space — from everyday commercial stationery to high-end luxury packaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts and build long-term relationships.
- Understand client requirements across visiting cards, stationery, marketing collateral, and luxury packaging, and translate them into clear production briefs.
- Prepare accurate quotations based on specifications, materials, and finishing requirements.
- Coordinate with prepress, production, and finishing teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.




- Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from brief to final delivery and client sign-off.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Handle client queries and escalations promptly and professionally.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the printing or packaging industry in a client-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of offset, digital, and specialty printing, plus finishing techniques like foiling, embossing, die-cutting, and lamination.
- Robust organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and orders simultaneously.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, full-time role.
- Based in India with a stable internet connection and a professional home working setup.
