Position: Accounts & Finance Manager

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (Depands upon interview )

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure accurate accounting, and maintain compliance with statutory regulations. The candidate will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, and managing day-to-day accounting activities.

key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and internal teams
- Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decisions




- Control expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Supervise and manage the accounts team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles & taxation (GST, TDS)
- Experience with accounting software (Tally, Excel, ERP)
- Good understanding of financial reporting & budgeting
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team handling and leadership ability
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com)
