Job Summary

BRS Logistic is looking for an experienced Account Executive – US Accounting to handle accounting operations for US clients. Candidates from non-logistics backgrounds with relevant US accounting experience are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
- Coordinate with US clients through calls and emails.
- Handle client queries and provide timely follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth accounting operations.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.





Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Accounting.
- Hands-on experience in AR & AP.
- Candidates from non-logistics backgrounds are welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Good client-handling and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in a US Night Shift.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
