Job overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support basic finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

•

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.

•

Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records.

•

Handle and maintain inward and outward entries accurately.

•

Prepare vouchers and maintain supporting documentation.

•

Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

•

Assist with basic GST-related documentation.

•

Coordinate with internal teams for billing and payment follow-ups.

•

Maintain proper records and filing of financial documents.

•

Ensure accuracy and timely updating of accounting transactions in Tally.

Skills & Competencies:

•

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.

•





Must have hands-on experience in Tally and be well-versed in Tally operations.

•

Must have experience handling inward and outward entries.

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

•

Good attention to detail and accuracy.

•

Basic knowledge of GST documentation preferred.

•

Proficiency in MS Excel.

•

Ability to maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Garment industry experienced is prefered.
