We're Hiring: Accounts Executive (1–3 Years) | Gurugram

Cabs On Demand is looking for an Accounts Executive to join our growing team.

? Location : Sector 33, Gurugram

? Salary : ₹20,000–25,000/month (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of account in Tally Prime.
- Pass journal entries and maintain ledgers.
- Process vendor payments, employee salaries, rent, utilities, and office expenses.
- Prepare GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B and coordinate GST compliance.
- Handle TDS deduction, deposit & quarterly filing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain client/vendor ledgers.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L;) , Balance Sheet schedules, and receivable/payable reports.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant for monthly compliance.
- Follow the Maker -Checker process for financial transactions.

Preferred

- B.Com / M.Com
- 1–3 years of experience




- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime & Advanced Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formatting, etc.).

- Experience in Transport, Logistics, Fleet Management, Travel, or Service Industry
- Knowledge of Income Tax & GST compliance
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Work Details

- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 1 Saturday Working

(Payout Day – before the 10th of every month)

- Sunday: Weekly Off
