Delivery Manager (Staffing)

Location - Marathahalli

Work Mode - WFO (5 days a week)

Role Type - FTE

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days(max)

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding staffing needs and delivery updates.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and workforce requirements.
- Ensure timely communication of progress, challenges, and solutions to clients.

Team Management:

- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, coordinators, and other delivery personnel.
- Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and productivity.

Staffing Delivery:

- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Address and resolve delivery challenges, such as candidate dropouts, delays, or client escalations.

Qualifications:

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- A masters degree is a plus.

Experience:

- 6+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role within a staffing or talent acquisition environment.
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering on complex staffing requirements.

Skills:

- Robust leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
- Analytical skills to track performance metrics and drive improvements.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making expertise.
