Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, sales-based Academic Counsellor role at DICE Academy, with openings at Noida Sector 2 and Greater Noida West. The candidate will counsel prospective students on suitable Graphics and Web Design courses, handle inquiries, follow up with leads, and drive course enrollments. The role involves explaining course details,



fees, and career opportunities while maintaining lead records and achieving monthly sales and admission targets through an ethical, student-focused approach.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Robust convincing and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused and professional approach
- Good understanding of sales and counselling processes
- Ability to handle objections and close admissions
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-based goals
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Good Hindi and English communication skills

Experience & Qualification

- Qualification: Graduate or equivalent
- Experience: Min 1–6 years in education counselling, inside sales, EdTech, training institutes, or a similar field preferred.

Working Days - 6

Working hours - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
