Role & responsibilities

- Connect with prospective learners to understand their education, career goals and learning requirements.

- Provide personalised counselling on suitable online UG/PG and professional programs.

- Address learner queries and concerns and help them make informed program choices.

- Build consistent communication with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate learner interactions and follow-up records in the CRM.

- Guide interested learners through the application and admission process.

- Work towards assigned conversion and admission targets while maintaining a learner-first approach.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduation or Post Graduation in any background.

- 6+ months of experience in academic counselling,



EdTech, education or consultative sales.

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

- Ability to understand learner needs and recommend solutions appropriately.

- Experience in counselling for online education programs will be an added advantage.

- Immediate joiners preferred.
