About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned QE Architect with deep expertise in enterprise-scale test automation and AI-led quality engineering transformation. This role demands strong technical leadership, enterprise architecture knowledge, and hands-on skills in modern automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and drive AI-enabled automation strategies aligned with enterprise quality goals.
- Architect and implement scalable automation solutions across UI, API, and mobile platforms.
- Design and govern QA/DevTest pipelines integrated with CI/CD and cloud platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex multi-layered production and pre-production issues.
- Establish QE standards, best practices, governance models, and quality metrics.
- Mentor senior engineers and act as a thought leader in AI-led QE adoption.

Enterprise Architecture Expertise




- Robust understanding of enterprise architecture and end-to-end workflows.
- Deep knowledge of data flow across applications, APIs, event-driven systems, and third-party interfaces.
- Ability to assess quality risks at enterprise and system-of-systems level.

AI & Advanced Engineering
- Hands-on exposure to AI-based code-assisted IDEs and productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, MCP assistants).
- Experience with COTS AI testing tools (ACCELQ, Testim, Tricentis Tosca, Vision AI).
- Skilled in self-healing locators, AI-driven test generation, smart waits, and flakiness detection.

Technical Skills
- Expert in JavaScript / TypeScript.
- UI automation with Playwright.
- API automation using REST Assured.
- Mobile automation with Appium / BrowserStack.
- Cloud-based automation platforms for UI, API, and mobile.
- Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, and Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Solid grounding in risk-based testing and QE governance.
