About the Role The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a creative and skilled 3D Visualizer who can transform interior design concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals and presentations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, lighting, materials, textures, composition, and detailing, along with the ability to understand technical drawings and work closely with Interior Designers and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, walkthroughs, and visual presentations for interior and retail projects.
- Convert 2D drawings, concepts, and design briefs into accurate and visually appealing 3D environments.
- Develop realistic materials, textures, lighting, furniture, fixtures, and finishes.
- Prepare photorealistic renders for retail stores, showrooms, commercial spaces, and interior projects.
- Understand design requirements and translate concepts into compelling visual presentations.
- Make revisions based on client and designer feedback while maintaining project timelines.
- Coordinate with Interior Designers, Draughtsmen, and project teams to ensure design accuracy.
- Maintain proper dimensions, proportions, materials, and detailing in 3D models.
- Create different camera angles and views to effectively showcase design concepts.
- Prepare presentation-ready renders and visual material for client approvals.
- Keep updated with the latest 3D visualization techniques, rendering trends, materials, and design styles.

Required Software Skills

- 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Photoshop / Illustrator




- Enscape / Lumion / D5 Render will be an added advantage

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Interior & Retail Design
- Excellent knowledge of 3D Modelling & Rendering
- Photorealistic visualization
- Lighting, materials, textures & composition
- Furniture and interior detailing
- Ability to read and understand 2D CAD drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Creative visualization and design sense
- Ability to understand scale, proportion, and dimensions
- Good communication and teamwork
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in 3D Visualization / Interior Visualization / Architectural Visualization.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in retail stores, showrooms, commercial interiors, furniture, or exhibition projects will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio of 3D renders and visualization work is required.
- Should be creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a deadline-driven setting.
