Key Responsibilities

- Lead the 3D visualization process for high-end residential architectural projects

- Create photorealistic renders and virtual presentations

- Work closely with architects and design teams to develop visualization concepts

- Provide technical guidance and support to junior visualizers

- Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines

Requirements

- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent qualification

- Minimum 4 years of experience in 3D architectural visualization

- Expert-level proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer

- Strong knowledge of materials, lighting, and architectural detailing

- Good design sense and attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
