About the Role

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Intern who is interested in 3D printing and additive manufacturing. The intern will work on real customer and internal projects and will be responsible for taking 3D printing jobs from preparation through final finishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 3D models for printing and perform slicing
- Operate FDM, SLA, Pellet 3D Printers
- Set up machines and monitor printing
- Maintenanace of 3D Printers
- Perform post-processing, finishing and quality inspection
- Handle supports, cleaning, sanding and other finishing activities
- Ensure printed parts meet required quality and specifications
- Track multiple printing jobs and ensure projects are completed on time




- Identify and resolve basic printing and finishing issues
- Maintain proper records of printing jobs and materials

What We Are Looking For

- Mechanical Engineering student/recent graduate
- Interest in 3D printing and hands-on manufacturing
- Basic knowledge of CAD and slicing software is an advantage
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects
- Solid commitment to completing work within deadlines

What You Will Learn

You will gain practical experience in 3D printing, slicing, machine operation, post-processing, finishing and real-world project execution while working with different additive manufacturing technologies.

Important: This is a learning-focused, paid internship. Stipend is Rs.12000 per month
