Qualifications

- Robust experience in operating CNC / 5 axis VTL machines, including setup, basic programming or parameter editing, and tooling adjustments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and process sheets, with a focus on tight tolerances and surface finish requirements.
- Hands-on skills in dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring instruments, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Understanding of machining processes, cutting parameters, materials (especially metals used in orthopedic implants), and preventive machine maintenance practices.
- Commitment to workplace safety, clean and organized work habits, and compliance with manufacturing and quality procedures.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production, engineering, and quality assurance personnel.
- Prior experience in machining of thin wall thickness component with exotic material in precision engineering.
- Relevant technical education (e.g., diploma or certification in mechanical, production, or CNC machining) is preferred.
- aerospace and energy background prefered.
