Role Overview The 3D Interior Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings, translating 2D plans into detailed 3D designs, space planning, design coordination, graphic design, and maintaining quality and timelines across multiple interior projects.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of interior design principles and be proficient in relevant design and visualization software. The role requires close coordination with the design, project, site, vendor, and contractor teams to ensure that the 3D visuals accurately represent the final site execution.

Key Responsibilities / KRA

1. Design Coordination

- Work closely with the Design, Project, and Site teams to ensure that 3D visuals match actual site conditions.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to align visual designs with available materials, finishes, and execution requirements.
- Incorporate site measurements, technical requirements, and execution-related inputs into 3D models.
- Coordinate design revisions between the design and execution teams.

2. 3D Visualization & Rendering

- Create high-quality 3D models, interior views, and renderings.
- Produce photo-realistic images, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
- Work with software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender, or equivalent tools.
- Present visual outputs that clearly communicate materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, textures, and spatial layouts.
- Develop realistic lighting, materials, textures, and camera views for client presentations.
- Modify and update 3D models based on project requirements and revisions.

3. Design Quality & Creativity

- Collaborate with Interior Designers and Architects to translate 2D plans into accurate and visually appealing 3D designs.
- Understand and interpret client design briefs and project requirements.
- Update designs based on client feedback, design revisions, and project requirements.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy,



and quality across all renderings and visual presentations.
- Identify design-related issues at the visualization stage and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

4. Space Planning

- Develop detailed 2D space plans using AutoCAD.
- Plan furniture arrangements, circulation paths, zoning, and functional areas for optimum space utilization.
- Ensure appropriate movement space, ventilation, lighting, and functional requirements.
- Convert 2D space plans into detailed 3D visualizations.
- Coordinate space planning with actual site dimensions and project requirements.

5. Graphic Designing & Presentation

- Create design concept boards presenting mood, materials, colours, textures, and finishes.
- Develop presentation materials for client and internal discussions.
- Create custom textures, patterns, and surface graphics wherever required.
- Ensure materials and finishes appear realistic in renderings, including proper lighting, reflection, texture, and grain direction.
- Prepare visually appealing design presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.

6. Software Management

- Efficiently use design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated with the latest software versions, plugins, rendering technologies, and visualization tools.
- Identify and implement tools that improve rendering quality, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and coordinate with software vendors/support teams for resolution.
- Handle end-to-end coordination with software providers regarding technical support, updates, renewals, and related requirements.
- Coordinate with software vendors for commercial discussions and negotiations wherever required.

7. Quality & Timeline Management





- Participate actively in design discussions and contribute creative visualization ideas.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and design standards.
- Prioritize tasks according to project requirements and deadlines.
- Deliver 3D models, renderings, walkthroughs, and presentation materials within agreed timelines.
- Conduct quality checks before sharing final visuals with clients or internal teams.
- Ensure all final outputs are accurate, complete, and aligned with approved designs.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Interior Design and 3D Visualization.
- Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture layouts.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D visualization software.
- Proficiency in one or more of 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Blender.
- Good working knowledge of Photoshop and graphic presentation tools.
- Strong visualization and creative design skills.
- Ability to understand 2D drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Visualization, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in interior design, 3D visualization, architectural visualization, or a similar role.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of interior 3D visualization and rendering work will be preferred.

Salary : ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, technical skills, software proficiency, portfolio, and overall suitability for the role.
