- 5-10 Years of experience in Automotive Product Development specifically in Two wheeler Domain
- Design Plastic Body Parts, , Seat Base,Luggage Box
- Experience in CATIA V5
- Experience in Feasibilty check ,creating master sections,knowledge of vehicle regulations
- Part design feasibility for all DFx parameters (Design for manufacturing/ assembly/ service)
- Create Engineering drawings for production release.Sufficient knowledge of GD&T;
- Participate in DFMEA,DFM,DFA reviews with engineering team
- Solid knowledge in Manufacturing and Assembly Feasibilty Study
- Knowledge in Manufacturing (Moulding,Sheetmetal)
- Adequate Knowledge of fastening methods for Plastic components
