About the Role:

Beatit Entertainment Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 2D Designer with experience in the Events & Experiential industry to develop impactful visual designs for events, exhibitions, brand activations, and corporate experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

 Create 2D designs for event branding, backdrops, stage graphics, standees, banners, invitations, and promotional materials & Stadium Branding , Hospitality lounge branding , Signages .

 Develop creative concepts based on client briefs and brand guidelines.

 Design layouts and artwork for both digital and print requirements.

 Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dimensions, bleed, resolution, and color formats.

 Work closely with the 3D, creative, production, and account teams.





 Incorporate client feedback and ensure timely delivery of designs.

 Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, and overall visual presentation.

Required Skills

 Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign/CorelDRAW.

 Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual composition.

 Good knowledge of print production and fabrication requirements.

 Ability to understand and execute creative briefs.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

 Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Portfolio showcasing event branding, exhibition, stage graphics, brand activation, or related design work is mandatory.
