Lead software engineering and design initiatives, drive adoption of modern development practices, and ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization across projects.

Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for MEAN stack architecture projects
- Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle
- Design and enforce software engineering standards and coding guidelines
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project feasibility and scope
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams




- Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in software development processes and team capabilities

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in MEAN stack architecture and software engineering
- Expertise in Angular, Node, and Bootstrap/CSS/CSS3
- Robust understanding of software engineering standards and coding guidelines.
