JOB SUMMARY:

We are hiring an HR Executive as we're looking for an enthusiastic HR professional with 1-2 years of experience who can manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, and day-to-day HR operations while helping create a positive workplace culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, HR interviews, and interview coordination.
- Work closely with technical teams and hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining and onboarding formalities. Conduct employee induction and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, employee files, HRMS, and other HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR policies, attendance, leave, and other concerns.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities,



exit interviews, clearance, and documentation.
- Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and improving employee experience.
- Be someone employees feel comfortable reaching out to because excellent HR is employee-centric, approachable, and always ready to help!

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Experience: 1-2 Years into IT/ Software Industry
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Good communication, interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; exposure to HRMS/ATS is an advantage.
- Strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and employee-centric approach.
