Key Responsibilities

Architect Empanelment & Networking: Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with interior architects and design firms across Bengaluru.

Product Presentations: Conduct meetings at architect offices to present the IOS product catalog, material swatches (laminates, edge banding, fabrics), and explain our factory's technical capabilities.

Getting "Specified": Work closely with designers during their planning phase to ensure IOS workstations, cabins, and acoustic pods are written into their project Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Interior Fit Outs

Factory Tours (The Ultimate Pitch): Invite and host architects at our Bommasandra manufacturing unit. Use the factory floor to prove our machine-cut precision, finish quality, and direct-manufacturer pricing.

Project Coordination: Act as the single point of contact between the architect and our internal design/production team. Ensure 3D layouts, sample approvals, and quotes are delivered on time.

Closing & Execution: Follow up on submitted quotes, negotiate trade margins or referral structures with the architects, and secure the advance payment to initiate production.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Experience:



1 to 10 years of field sales experience specifically dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, or Builders.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in Inteiror Fit outs, modular furniture, plywood/laminates, architectural lighting, or building materials is highly preferred.

Network: An existing network of commercial architects and interior designers in Bengaluru is a huge advantage.

Technical Skills: Ability to read 2D floor plans, AutoCad layouts, and understand technical furniture specifications.

Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler / Four Wheeler and a valid driving license for daily meetings.

Communication: Excellent presentation skills and the confidence to speak with senior principal architects.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
