Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated *Accounts Executive* to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, process invoices, and support statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, GST, and accounting principles.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Maintain daily accounting transactions and financial records.

* Prepare sales and purchase invoices.

* Record receipts, payments, and bank transactions.

* Perform bank reconciliation and petty cash management.

* Assist in GST, TDS, PT, ESI, and PF-related documentation.

* Process vendor payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.

* Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

* Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial summaries.

* Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.

* Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.





* Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.

* Support internal and external audits.

Eligibility

* Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or any relevant degree.

* 1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.

* Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

* Good knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.

* Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

* Good communication and organizational skills.
