Core Responsibilities
- Greet customers: Welcome visitors and help them find what they need.
- Demonstrate products: Explain gemstone shapes, metal purity, and design details.
- Handle transactions: Process sales via cash, cards, or financing plans.
- Manage inventory: Organize displays, track stock, and ensure safety.
- Follow up: Call or message past buyers about recent collections or cleaning.
- Meet targets: Work aggressively to reach individual and store sales goals.
Key Skills Needed
- Product knowledge: Understanding of diamonds, gold, and gems.
- Communication: Friendly, clear, and persuasive speaking.
- Customer service: Patience and ability to build long-term relationships.
Time: 10.30 am - 08.30 pm
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
