About Fusion Doors Fusion Doors is a growing door manufacturing business focused on supplying quality door solutions to builders, architects, developers and premium customers. We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Accounts Executive who can independently manage day-to-day accounting, banking, GST, cash handling, and domestic as well as international financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting entries and records in Tally
Handle purchase, sales, expense, receipt, payment and journal entries
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and regularly reconcile outstanding balances
Maintain and reconcile bank accounts
Maintain the Daily Cash Book accurately, recording all cash receipts and payments
Maintain daily cash balance and petty cash records
Conduct regular cash reconciliation and ensure physical cash matches the book balance
Take responsibility for the company's daily cash handling and cash custody
Liaise with banks for day-to-day banking requirements, documentation and account-related matters
Process and coordinate domestic and international payments
Handle documentation required for foreign remittances and international bank transfers
Maintain records related to foreign-currency transactions and payments
Handle import and export billing, accounting and payment documentation
Coordinate with banks, vendors, customers, freight forwarders, consultants and other parties for import/export transactions
Handle GST-related accounting work , reconciliations and coordination with external consultants
Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense bills and supporting documents
Prepare MIS reports, payment statements, outstanding reports and account summaries using MS Excel
Assist management with cash-flow information and payment planning
Coordinate with auditors,



GST consultants and other professional advisors when required
Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete and updated on time
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
Maintain strict confidentiality of company financial information
Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of practical accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of Tally
Good command of MS Excel
Sound working knowledge of GST and accounting compliance
Experience in banking operations and bank reconciliation
Strong experience in daily cash book and petty cash maintenance
Comfortable taking responsibility for cash handling and cash custody
Knowledge of international payments and foreign remittances
Understanding of import/export billing, documentation and payment processes
Knowledge of foreign-currency transactions will be an advantage
Good understanding of bookkeeping, ledgers, receivables, payables and reconciliations
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to independently coordinate with banks and external parties
Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in manufacturing, doors, interiors, construction, trading, import/export or other project-based businesses will be preferred.
What We Are Looking For This is a hands-on accounting and finance role , not a purely desk-based corporate accounting position.
The ideal candidate should be trustworthy, organised, proactive and detail-oriented , with the ability to take ownership of daily accounts, cash book maintenance, cash handling, banking, GST coordination, international payments and import/export-related financial work.
The candidate should be comfortable dealing directly with banks, vendors, customers, consultants, auditors and management .
Compensation ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month , depending on experience, knowledge and suitability for the role.
