Conduct detailed loan file assessments based on client documents and lender policies.
Research and compare lender products, interest rates, fees, and policies to support suitable loan recommendations.
Review and analyse income documents including PAYG, self-employed, and company/trust structures.
Calculate serviceability and assess borrowing capacity using lender calculators.
Prepare and package loan applications and submit them via lender portals and aggregator systems.
Liaise with lenders, BDMs, solicitors, valuers, and other stakeholders to progress applications.
Follow up on conditional approvals, outstanding conditions, and additional document requirements.
Manage post-lodgement activities through to settlement, including tracking, follow-ups, and status updates.
Ensure compliance with Australian lending guidelines and responsible lending obligations.
Maintain accurate CRM records, file notes, and status updates across all active files.
Support brokers with credit proposals, basic scenario analysis, and loan structuring.
