Hiring: Corporate Development /M&A; Leader | Delhi NCR

Leading a fast-growing M&A; origination and deal-sourcing agenda? We're looking for an experienced M&A; leader to build and drive our acquisition/investment pipeline for the organization.

What you'll do:
✔️ Lead M&A; origination and lead the deal independently.
✔️ Build a proprietary, off-market deal pipeline through strong promoter, PE/VC, and investment banker relationships
✔️ Conduct market mapping, target identification, and preliminary opportunity assessment
✔️ Partner with CXO and senior leadership to convert opportunities into active transactions

What we're looking for:
✔️ 8+ years in M&A;, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, PE, or Financial Services
✔️ MBA/PGDM (Finance/Strategy)
✔️ Proven track record sourcing and closing M&A; deals in NBFC/BFSI
✔️ Robust existing network across promoters, founders, PE/VC funds, and M&A; advisors
