Centrim Global is looking for an experienced B2B Cold Calling & Lead Generation Executive to support our growing UK market.

This is a 100% remote role based in India, focused on reaching UK businesses, generating genuine interest and booking qualified appointments for our UK sales team.

What we are looking for:

Minimum 4+ years of proven cold-calling / outbound sales experience
Previous experience calling UK businesses/customers is essential
BPO, call centre, telesales or international voice-process experience preferred
Excellent spoken English with transparent, confident telephone communication
Strong listening, persuasion and objection-handling skills
B2B lead generation and appointment-setting experience
Experience with LinkedIn outreach and personalised email marketing
Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling




Ability to work UK business hours
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
