Data reconciliation and validation framework
Mock conversion and cutover architecture
Lead Design Authority workshops
Review solution designs from functional streams
Govern architecture decisions and exceptions
Manage architecture RAIDs
Present solution strategy to CIO, Enterprise Architects, and Steering Committees
Mandatory Skills:
15+ years of experience
End-to-end ECC to S/4HANA architecture design
Brownfield, Greenfield, and Bluefield transformation approaches
SAP Activate methodology
