Role Overview
We are looking for a highly accomplished

Principal Tech / Solutions Architect

directly reporting to the Head of India Salesforce platform to serve as one of the

technology leaders in our Salesforce practice in India . This role combines deep architectural expertise with

organizational leadership, capability building, and thought leadership .
You will represent the India technology community, drive architectural excellence across programs, and expand a robust, future-ready Salesforce capability spanning

Salesforce Core and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) .

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Representation
Act as the

Principal Architect

for Salesforce, representing the India community in the organization.
Define and drive the

technology vision, standards, and roadmap

for Salesforce capabilities across the organization along with counterparts in Poland and UK.
Serve as the

final escalation point

for complex architectural and delivery challenges in India.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Act as a

trusted advisor





to senior business and technology stakeholders.
Influence

pre-sales, solutioning, and large deal pursuits

with strong architectural direction.
Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams to ensure

aligned delivery and innovation .

Architecture & Delivery Oversight
Own

enterprise architecture and solution design

for large, strategic Salesforce & Salesforce Industries programs thereby maintaining high billable utilization
Ensure consistency in

architecture standards, design patterns, and governance

across all engagements.
Guide teams on

multi-cloud implementations, integrations, data strategy, and scalability .

Capability Building & Mentorship
Expand and nurture a

high-performing Salesforce architecture and development community in India .
Mentor architects, leads, and senior developers to

elevate technical depth and leadership capability .
Drive structured initiatives for

upskilling, certifications, and career progression frameworks .

Community & Practice Development
Lead internal

communities of practice (CoEs)

for Salesforce Core and Industries.
Foster a culture of

knowledge sharing, innovation, and engineering excellence .
Drive adoption of

emerging Salesforce capabilities, AI integrations, and industry accelerators .

Thought Leadership & External Influence
Establish yourself and the organization as a

thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem .
Contribute to





whitepapers, blogs, webinars, and industry forums .
Engage with partners, clients, and the broader ecosystem to

shape strategic conversations .

Required Experience & Skills
14+ years of experience with

significant leadership exposure in the Salesforce ecosystem .
Deep expertise in:
Salesforce Core : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform, AgentForce
Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) : RCA, OmniStudio, EPC, CPQ, Industry Data Models
Proven experience leading

large-scale enterprise transformations and distributed teams .
Strong command over:
AI-assisted development, architecture patterns, integration strategies (API-led, event-driven)
Data architecture, governance, and security models
DevOps, CI/CD, and multi-org strategies
Demonstrated ability to

build and scale technology practices or CoEs .

Certifications (Preferred)
Salesforce

Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

highly desirable
Salesforce Application & System Architect certifications
Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio certifications
