Job Summary

Shree Balaji Nursing Home is seeking a creative and experienced Content Developer, Videographer, and Social Media Digital Marketing Executive with a background in the healthcare or hospital industry. You will be responsible for creating engaging healthcare content, managing social media platforms, and producing high-quality media to promote hospital services and health awareness programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Content & Scripting: Create healthcare blogs, captions, awareness posts, and patient education materials. Write scripts for doctor interviews and promotional health videos.
- Media Production: Shoot and edit skilled videos and short reels of facilities, staff, and patient testimonials. Manage all lighting, audio, and post-production editing.
- Social Media Management: Grow and manage the hospital’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Execute monthly content calendars and respond to community engagement.
- Marketing & Branding: Design digital creatives like posters and banners for health camps and preventive check-up packages.



Coordinate with the medical team to ensure content accuracy and ethics.
- Analytics: Track performance metrics and provide monthly reports on reach and visibility.

Requirements & Skills Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certifications: Qualified certification in Video Editing or Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Mandatory Experience: 2–5 years in content creation, specifically within the hospital or healthcare industry.

Technical Skills

- Video Editing: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut.
- Design: Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Marketing: Strong knowledge of social media strategy and healthcare marketing guidelines.
- Storytelling: Ability to translate medical information into engaging health awareness communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
