Responsibilities
Perform installation, alignment, and commissioning of CNC machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or control issues in CNC machines.
Provide technical support and maintenance services during and after the warranty period.
Assist the warehouse team with outbound shipment preparations of CNC machines and accessories.
Organize and manage shipping documents including delivery orders, acceptance forms, and inspection reports.
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, logistics, and engineering) to ensure smooth after-sales operations.
Prepare and submit service reports and feedback to the service manager.
Provide in office training and basic machine operation guidance to customers when needed.

Qualifications
Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
3years or above of experience in CNC machine installation or service, preferably in HMC and DCMC.
Familiarity with CNC control systems.，Especially ,FANUC, MITSUBISHI,
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
