Purpose of Job:
Ensure customer is serviced in an administrative aspect.
Processing transport and warehouse invoicing to customers.
Responsibilities:
Uphold and perform by the organisational Mission Statement, company objectives, the Karras Way and promote this to all fellow team members
Fully understand the Karras site rules and be able to support the induction to any site visitors & contractors when required
Accurately price all transport and warehouse consignments in line with customer and Karras agreements
Collaboratively work with Sales for new rates and rate reviews
Investigate any invoice discrepancies
Maintaining email enquiries for Administration & work email
Service any internal or external enquiries
Build relationships with customers
Understand and assist to implement system programming in areas of service types and rate cards
Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and processes
Understanding of customers’ rates and agreements in accordance to filing systems
Attend and contribute to meetings that relate to this position
Processing of paperwork, scanning, verifying and archiving
Liaise with customers and answering enquiries
Work with warehouse & transport team with matters affecting invoicing
Developing an in-depth knowledge of transport costs
Servicing internal & external enquiries
Understand and assist to implement system programming in areas of addresses
Discover operational inefficiencies and report to manager to improve service levels
Position Requirements – Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
A strong sense of trust and high level of confidentiality and integrity
Ability to process records quickly and accurately, with an awareness of the policy and legal implications of the role
Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient using office programs and other relevant database programs, especially excel
Demonstrated experience in accounting software packages
Robust organisation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to build effective relationships, internally and externally
Ability to deal difficult customers.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure / customer demands
Self-managed, motivated, and energetic
Ability to work both independently and as part of the larger team
Ability to work under pressure and still produce results
Ability to be agile and flexible

Support the finance team in all aspects to reach the common goal
Pricing & Invoicing to customers
Cost & review subcontractor invoices
Process forkie check sheets
Organise & file Linehaul Manifests
Scan & archive documents
Provide support in document requests (internally & externally)
