Hiring: Data Analyst/ Senior Data Analyst
We are looking for a Data Analyst/ Senior Data Analyst who can independently drive analytical projects, solve complex business problems, and communicate data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Develop complex, optimized, and reusable SQL & Python (Pandas) solutions.
Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models .
Conduct root-cause analysis and support data-driven decision-making.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and process improvements.
Independently lead projects from problem definition to execution.
Present insights effectively to senior/international stakeholders.
Mentor junior analysts and support analytical best practices.
Work effectively in ambiguous and evolving business environments.




Required Skills
Strong SQL & Python (Pandas) skills.
Proficiency in Google Sheets & Looker .
Strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and business acumen.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to independently manage projects and work with ambiguity.
Comfortable using AI tools for day-to-day analytics.
Basic knowledge of A/B Testing & Machine Learning is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Shell scripting
API integration & data extraction
Experience mentoring analysts or leading analytical workstreams
Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad
Experience: 3-7 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid (2PM to 11 PM Shift)
