Pega Developer / Senior Pega Developer (Pega Constellation)

Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in Pega Platform 8.7.6 and Pega Infinity 24
- Proven experience with Pega Constellation Architecture (mandatory)
- 6+ years of experience in Pega application development and implementation
- Extensive knowledge of Pega application design, case management, workflows, and best practices
- Experience in building applications using Constellation UI and DX APIs
- Solid understanding of Pega guardrails, reusable components, and enterprise application architecture
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive UI development
- Knowledge of integrations (REST/SOAP), data pages, decisioning, and debugging techniques
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex issues within Pega applications.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Pega Constellation Framework




- Build scalable and reusable application components adhering to Pega best practices
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Lead design discussions and mentor junior developers
- Create durable and reusable software frameworks to improve delivery velocity and quality
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
- Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and enterprise standards

Preferred Qualifications

- Pega CSA/CSSA/CLSA certification preferred
- Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Team leadership and mentoring experience
