About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Client Relationship and Development person to manage the firm s growth initiatives. This role is responsible for formulating and executing client relationship and development strategies, brand positioning, client engagement, and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Pune location initiatives across service lines (audit, tax, advisory, etc.).
- Identify and pursue new opportunities through strategic alliances, and client engagements.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, promoters, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development, client pitches, and negotiations for mandates.
- Track and analyse BD performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
- Develop and lead the overall brand strategy aligned with firm goals.
- Plan and oversee content creation, campaigns, events, and digital presence, adhering to ICAI guidelines.
- Position the firm as a thought leader through targeted industry insights,



webinars, publications, and conferences.
- Coordinate with partners and practice leaders for sector-specific marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Partners, Practice Heads, to align internal and external messaging.
- Manage vendor relationships related to PR, digital marketing, design, and event management.

Skills Required

- Education: Graduation/MBA (Marketing/Strategy) or equivalent qualification.
- A background in Finance or Chartered Accountancy is a robust advantage.
- Proven success in driving business growth, client acquisition, and relationship leadership.
- Deep understanding of the regulatory and ethical constraints around client acquisition for CA firms.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
