Responsibilities

- Agile Sprint Management: Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings.
- Utilize JIRA to manage tasks, user stories, and sprint progress, ensuring transparency and efficiency in development workflows.
- Work closely with the development team to break down features into actionable tasks for each sprint.
- Ensure that sprint goals are well-defined and aligned with the overall game vision.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, artists, programmers, and QA testers, to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
- Utilize JIRA to facilitate effective communication and information flow among team members and stakeholders.
- Creative Direction: Translate creative concepts into actionable tasks, ensuring the games vision is realized in the final product.
- Provide guidance and feedback to the development team to maintain a cohesive and engaging player experience.
- Lead the game production including building roadmaps, handling resourcing across teams, managing priorities, and achieving key product metrics.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure games meet high-quality standards by overseeing testing and debugging processes.
- Review and analyze user feedback to make informed decisions about gameplay adjustments and improvements.
- Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to achieve goals while maintaining financial targets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to allocate resources appropriately and optimize project outcomes.
- Market Analysis:



Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to inform decision-making and enhance the games market competitiveness.
- Product Launch and Post-Launch Support: Plan and execute successful game launches, including marketing strategies and community engagement.
- Monitor game KPIs, analyze player metrics, and implement updates to enhance player engagement and satisfaction.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design documents, project plans, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and achievements.
- Live Operations: Plan and execute live operations strategies to keep players engaged post-launch.
- Collaborate with the team to manage in-game events, updates, and community engagement, utilizing player feedback to drive improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent.
- 2+ years of game production experience across multiple game titles (Mobile or Web), or years of running operations and solving complex problems for a large-scale consumer application product.
- Should have experience in making free-to-play.




- Solid understanding of popular mobile, casual, and social games recognizes what makes them fun.
- Understand current game design concepts, prototyping, Agile/Scrum, non-linear storytelling, core loops, USP, etc.
- Experience in social/viral marketing; understands game analytics.
- Must exhibit a strong and current passion for games and a robust sense of aesthetics applicable to producing AAA entertainment products.
- Must be an avid gamer and play games across genres and platforms.
- Knowledge of other game platforms and current trends.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
