Job Summary

Responsibilities

- To drive the successful transformation and migration of the Gold Loan core. The role will be responsible for understanding current business processes, defining future-state requirements, managing requirement lifecycles, supporting solution design, leading business validation and UAT activities, and ensuring seamless adoption of the new platform.
- Business Process & Requirement Management
- Able to Understand end-to-end business processes.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Conduct process studies and identify opportunities for automation and digitisation.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Process Flows.
- Ensure requirements are clearly translated into system functionalities.
- Participate in solution design discussions.
- Evaluate business impact of proposed system changes.
- Collaborate with business and COE teams to deliver solutions.
- Act as liaison between Business & COE teams.
- Track project milestones and implementation progress.




- Prepare executive dashboards and project reports.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and business adoption.

Major Challenges
- Balancing evolving business expectations with project timelines and system capabilities.
- Understanding complex legacy system processes and translating them into future-state digital workflows.
- Ensuring complete business requirement coverage while minimizing customization.
- Managing UAT execution with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Driving successful adoption of the new platform while maintaining business continuity.
- Identifying and mitigating process gaps and data migration challenges.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline

Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis/Product Management
- Experience in system implementation or platform migration projects would be an advantage
