Position: Costing Manager
Department: Corporate Purchase
Role Type: Permanent
Experience: 510 Years (preferably in costing, automotive/manufacturing industry)
Location: Pune (Chakan)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Zero Base Costing (ZBC) for parts and tooling.
- Analyze cost differences and support buyers in negotiations.
- Conduct supplier financial risk assessments and recommend actions.
- Stay updated on material price trends, machine hour rates, labor rates, and manufacturing processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering).
Skills Required
- Cost management & risk assessment.
- Knowledge of car parts manufacturing processes.
- Solid negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Integrity, assertiveness, and ability to handle complexities.
