Role Summary:

SPARs mission is to help clients scale and grow by continually innovating and delivering great Customer experiences.

We seek a energetic, collaborative PM to act as a partner to the Delivery Leader and project teams, ensuring project visibility, identifying risks early, coordinating resolution, and supporting predictable delivery outcomes.

Role: Project Manager

Experience: 8 Years of delivery in Software Delivery environments. Preferably servicing Customers based in US.

The last 2 years should be working as a Project Manager

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree with additional Project Management training or certifications

Location: Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the management of Scope of Work (SOW) by translating it into a structured project plan including phases, milestones, tasks, timelines, dependencies and deliverables in collaboration with the Delivery Leader and project team
- Adopt SPAR delivery methodology utilizing best practices from Agile/Waterfall
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with agreed scope, timelines, effort estimate and success criteria promised to the customer
- Collaborate with the Finance and Delivery Team leaders on forecasting and invoicing
- Enable team by removing impediments to achieve customer goals
- Exposure to Salesforce/CRM implementations or experience working with/as business, functional, or technical teams in software delivery environments to:
- Differentiate between customer requests, business needs, and contractual obligations
- Engage in Technical and functional aspects required for completion of the project
- Proactively evaluate and track issues and risks, balance competing priorities,



discuss and drive mitigation or resolution strategies in alignment with the Engagement and Delivery Leads
- Develop and represent accurate project progress internally and with the customers

Required Competencies

- Escalate appropriately with context, impact assessment, and recommended actions.
- Ability to adjust communication and approach based on stakeholder needs and situation
- Understand technical and functional context to participate in conversations and challenge assumptions

- Proficiency in Jira for tracking project
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
