Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for affordable housing loans, home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), mortgage loans, and secured loans.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share in the affordable housing segment.
- Build solid relationships with channel partners and stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in area sales management or similar role in banking or finance industry.
- Strong understanding of affordable housing loan products such as HL (Housing Loan) and MLP (Mortgage Loan).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution.
