Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding our digital marketing training programs.
- Understand candidates' career goals and recommend suitable courses based on their interests.
- Explain course curriculum, certifications and career prospects.
- Handle admission inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and admissions in CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with students and ensure an excellent counselling experience.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
- Participate in educational seminars, webinars, workshops, and promotional activities.





Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or the education industry will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.

Training & Probation

- 6-Month Training & Probation Period
- Comprehensive training on educational counselling, student admissions, CRM, communication skills, and digital marketing programs.
- Confirmation of employment will be based on performance during the training and probation period.
